But not only from a technical point of view it offers key values in terms of heat insulation or the sound, but also the optics are impressive. Narrow sash and frame profiles allow large glass areas to grow. In this way, your entire living space is not only filled with sunlight, but also creates a wonderful warm feeling of living. Solar thermal energy obtained significantly reduces heating costs.
The result of well-thought-out construction is a plastic window system with considerable thermal insulation. The heat transfer coefficient already reaches an optimal Uf value of 1.0 W / (m²K) in the standard version. TROCAL 76 also excels in the area of sound insulation with a value of 48 dB with triple insulating glazing. The installation of special functional glass is also possible up to a glass thickness of 50 mm.

TROCAL 76 AluClip presents a plastic window system with a construction depth of 76 mm and an aluminum shell precisely fitting the outside of the window. Aluminum is weather resistant and stable in value. The material fascinates with its timeless elegance, variety of colors and its high durability. What aluminum cannot achieve can be achieved by means of plastic: namely optimal heat and sound insulation. With the TROCAL 76 AluClip center seal you get both: plastic and aluminum. This means: The advantages of both materials combined in an innovative system.
With the aluminum shell on the outside of the window, the TROCAL 76 AluClip center seal offers countless color pattern variations. Whether you paint according to RAL colors, powder coating, anodizing effects or NCS optics – the choice is yours! Inside, the neutral, easy-care, low-maintenance white plastic is convincing.
In addition to the optical highlights mentioned, the TROCAL 76 AluClip center sealing system also achieves key technical values, among others. in thermal or sound insulation. The plastic window system has a heat transfer coefficient Uf = 1.1 W / (m²K). A value of up to 48 dB is at your disposal in the field of sound insulation. Triple insulating or special functional glass can be used up to a thickness of 50 mm.
